How to buy NFT in Virtual City?
Log in to https://kooola.com/ website, select the product, and make payment to get It. Currently, we only support Alipay payment.
- How often is the virtual concert?
The concert will be held on the hour.
- Can I enter virtual concerts using one ticket?
No. The virtual concert ticket is disposable.

- What can I do if my clothes/shoes NFTs cannot be equipped with characters?
First, confirm whether the NFT is listed for sale on the market. If it is sold, it cannot be equipped.
